Krushna Kunja Reaches Final Stage of BAI Awards Evaluation

As part of its continued pursuit of design excellence, Shilpi Architects and Planners participated in the prestigious awards program organized by the Builders Association of India (BAI), Pune Centre, showcasing its residential project Krushna Kunja. The project successfully progressed through the preliminary stage of evaluation, earning recognition for its design quality, planning approach, and execution standards.

Following the successful completion of the first round, the jury conducted a detailed site visit as part of the final assessment process. During the visit, the project was presented by Mr. Pravin Badhekar and Ar. Paras Netragaonkar, who guided the jury through the complete journey of Krushna Kunja—from its initial vision and conceptual framework to design development, construction challenges, and project completion.

The presentation highlighted the project's planning principles, architectural character, site-responsive design strategies, and the collaborative efforts that shaped its realization. Particular emphasis was placed on the design intent, attention to detail, quality of execution, and the manner in which the project responds to the aspirations of its users while maintaining a strong architectural identity.
