Residential project Krushna Kunja, designed by Shilpi Architects and Planners, advanced to the final stage of evaluation in the prestigious awards program organized by the Builders Association of India (BAI), Pune Centre. The project earned recognition during the preliminary round for its architectural quality, planning approach, and execution standards.

As part of the final assessment process, the jury conducted a detailed site visit to evaluate the project first-hand. During the visit, Mr. Pravin Badhekar and Ar. Paras Netragaonkar presented the complete journey of Krushna Kunja, from its initial vision and design development to construction and successful completion.
